If a product or specific item is not available in your store can you make a special order for me?

If the specific item is not available in our store, you may inquire with our Sales Team whether that product can be back ordered for you.

Do you reserve products or items for customers?

Yes, items or products can be reserved for a limited time. If a customer does not purchase/pick up the item within 2-3 days said item will be put back in stock for sale to other customers.

What are your payment methods?

Cash on delivery is the preferred method, orders via COD can be delivered same day depending on time of order or confirmation. Bank Transfer and Benefit Pay payment method is also accepted, but confirmation of the transfer/payment is needed from our accounts first before delivery will be made. Deliveries for Bank Transfer and Benefit Pay customers is usually done the day after payment is confirmed.

Do you provide upgrades for laptops and desktop computers?

Yes, our workshop located in the showroom is where we conduct technical repairs and upgrades. After the completion of repairs or upgrades, laptops and desktop computers that have been brought in for service are only available for customer collection. If delivery is required, delivery fees will be charged.

This is a used gaming PC and has been fully tested before sale.

✅ 1-Day Checking Warranty Only: The buyer has 24 hours from the time of purchase/delivery to check and test the PC for any hardware issues.

After the 1-day checking period has expired, no warranty, return, exchange, or refund will be provided. We will not be responsible for any issues, damages, or changes occurring after the warranty period.

What is the Warranty Period for this Deal?

For Used Pc or Laptop we only provide 1 day warranty to check, after that there is no warranty for the product, we can check if there is any fault in the system and advise accordingly.

How many days does it take for the Build to be ready?

It usually takes 3-5 days for us to build and test the build. if in case the build is ready we will inform you.

Can we make changes to parts in deals?

Yes, The customer can contact us to make any changes to builds.
