Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges within 5 days from the delivery date for items that are: sealed/unopened, or opened but unused (like-new condition).
PC Builds: Custom PCs and Ready PCs are not returnable and not refundable. If there is a confirmed defect, we will repair or replace the defective component only under warranty terms.
Eligible items: All parts and products are eligible for change-of-mind returns only if they are unused, in like-new condition, and complete with accessories.
Condition requirements: The item must be complete with accessories, and the serial number must match (if applicable). If there are signs of use/installation, the return may be refused.
Return method:
Customer can bring the item to our store. If you request pickup in Bahrain, we can arrange it for a flat 2 BHD pickup fee.
Delivery/shipping charges: Refunds/returns exclude delivery/shipping charges.
Exceptions: We try to help case-by-case where possible (for example, if the box is opened but the item is clearly unused).
Exchange or refund? You can choose either: Exchange (same or different item), or a refund to the original payment method / store credit (as applicable).
