If a product or specific item is not available in your store can you make a special order for me?

If the specific item is not available in our store, you may inquire with our Sales Team whether that product can be back ordered for you.

Do you reserve products or items for customers?

Yes, items or products can be reserved for a limited time. If a customer does not purchase/pick up the item within 2-3 days said item will be put back in stock for sale to other customers.

What are your payment methods?

Cash on delivery is the preferred method, orders via COD can be delivered same day depending on time of order or confirmation. Bank Transfer and Benefit Pay payment method is also accepted, but confirmation of the transfer/payment is needed from our accounts first before delivery will be made. Deliveries for Bank Transfer and Benefit Pay customers is usually done the day after payment is confirmed.

Do you provide upgrades for laptops and desktop computers?

Yes, our workshop located in the showroom is where we conduct technical repairs and upgrades. After the completion of repairs or upgrades, laptops and desktop computers that have been brought in for service are only available for customer collection. If delivery is required, delivery fees will be charged.

How do I get the full 200Hz refresh rate?

You must connect the monitor using the DisplayPort cable, and your graphics card must support 200Hz output. Once connected, go to your PC display settings (Windows) and set the refresh rate to 200Hz manually.

Does this monitor support HDR?

No, it does not feature High Dynamic Range (HDR) certification.

Does this monitor have built-in speakers?

Yes, it features two 2W built-in speakers. However, for a more immersive audio experience, plugging external speakers or a headset into the earphone jack is recommended.
